Mr. Jonathan Gay

I am honored to work with the incredible students and staff at Pitt Early College High School. 
I graduated from Clearwater Christian College with a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies Education
and from High Point University with a Master of Arts in History. 
While I enjoy learning and teaching history, my deeper motivation as an educator
is to help my students develop their character and transition into becoming a life-long learner.

Fun Fact:  I lived in China for about 4 years teaching English and Social Studies.

Why do I love teaching at the Early College: I love teaching at PCSECHS because we are able to build great relationships with our students and challenge them to grow academically.
